Job description

We are the logistics service provider in all over India. It is an individual contributor role at Regional/State Level transportation to the following specifications:

• Tele Caller, Market expansion, Sales and generating new business.
• Client relation and retention.
• New business revenue sources (client on-boarding), client relation buildup for lasting business.
• Handling escalations of Clients, timely response to every query.
• Handling queries on business association and coordination with vendor for smooth client on-boarding and processing.
• Achieve individual, team, and company goals.
• Ensure proactive market research on product, competition and business opportunity.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• 1-2 Years of experience in any logistics company.
• Logistics Background, B2B Sales, B2C Sales, Long-tail Sales, Enterprise Sales.
