Customer Care Executive (Voice – Outbound Sales Process)

Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata

Shift timing:9:00am-6:00pm,12:00pm-9:00pm (rotational shift )

6days working and 1 day rotational week off

Eligibility:

Education: Minimum 10+2 / Graduate

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)

Salary Details:

Freshers: ₹15,000 (in-hand) + Performance based Incentives

Experienced: ₹16,000–₹18,000 CTC + Performance based Incentives (Additional 10–20% hike based on interview performance)

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset

Ability to handle outbound calls efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Handle outbound calls for domestic sales campaigns

Engage with customers and explain product details

Maintain accurate call records and customer information

Deliver excellent customer experience and achieve targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
