Designation: Customer Care Executive – Pharma Warehouse
Location: Ethics Group, Plot. A-23/2&A-24/1, Ichhapore - Bhatpore GIDC, Ichhapore, Surat – 394510
Experience: 6 months to 4 years (preferably in Pharma / 3PL / Logistics)
Salary: 16k to 20k inhand + PF + Medical + Lunch
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Coordination
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, dispatch updates, and delivery timelines.
- Address issues related to short supply, damaged goods, or delayed shipments.
- Maintain a professional and polite tone in all client interactions.
Mailing & Documentation
- Draft and respond to client emails accurately and promptly.
- Share daily dispatch and inventory reports with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain proper records of communication and service requests.
Excel & Reporting
- Prepare and update daily/weekly MIS reports (inward, outward, and stock summary).
- Use Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Filters) for data accuracy and analysis.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure data reflects real-time stock positions.
Team Coordination
- Work closely with the warehouse, billing, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the operations manager or relevant department.
Compliance & Accuracy
- Ensure all entries and reports are error-free and up to date.
- Support audit and documentation processes as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- At least 6 month of experience as a customer care executive.
- Experience of MS Excel.
- Excellent email drafting and communication skills (English & Hindi/Gujarati preferred).
