Job Summary
RA Empire is seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage front desk operations, walk-in footfall, and inbound calls. The role also involves handling various administrative and coordination tasks within the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and reception operations professionally
- Attend and route inbound calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients
- Maintain daily footfall records, lead logs, and visitor data
- Provide accurate project information or route clients to sales teams
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and appointments
- Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain customer records in CRM or tracking sheets
- Handle documentation support, data entry, and filing
- Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment
- Perform additional office tasks as assigned by management
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in customer care, front desk, or call handling (real estate experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentable personality with professional etiquette
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM familiarity preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
