Job Summary

RA Empire is seeking a confident and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to manage front desk operations, walk-in footfall, and inbound calls. The role also involves handling various administrative and coordination tasks within the office to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk and reception operations professionally
  • Attend and route inbound calls, inquiries, and walk-in clients
  • Maintain daily footfall records, lead logs, and visitor data
  • Provide accurate project information or route clients to sales teams
  • Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and appointments
  • Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
  • Maintain customer records in CRM or tracking sheets
  • Handle documentation support, data entry, and filing
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional office environment
  • Perform additional office tasks as assigned by management

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer care, front desk, or call handling (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable personality with professional etiquette
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM familiarity preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
