Customer Care Executive

Job Description:

LeLuxe Perfumes is seeking a Customer Care Executive - female to manage customer interactions and provide excellent support across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Provide accurate information about products and orders
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams for order processing
• Maintain customer records and follow up when necessary
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand experience

Requirements:

• female preferred
• Proven experience in customer service or customer care
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM systems)
• Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or perfume industry is an advantage
