Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions for our wellness brand. The candidate will assist customers with product queries, order tracking, usage guidance, and post-purchase support across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a genuine interest in health, wellness, and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
  • Provide accurate information about products, benefits, usage, and precautions
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs
  • Handle complaints politely and resolve issues efficiently

Order Management

  • Track orders, update delivery status, and coordinate with logistics partners
  • Process cancellations, returns, and refunds as per company policy
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer requests

Product Guidance

  • Explain product ingredients, benefits, and usage instructions clearly
  • Guide customers on routines (skincare, nutrition, fitness, or wellness plans)
  • Escalate medical or technical questions to experts when necessary

Customer Experience

  • Maintain a positive brand tone while interacting with customers
  • Build long-term customer relationships and trust
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the marketing/product team

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain CRM records and customer history
  • Record complaints, feedback, and recurring issues
  • Help improve FAQs and support documentation

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Arts/Commerce/Healthcare/Nutrition)

Skills

  • Good spoken and written English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email handling)
  • Problem-solving and patience
  • Ability to manage multiple chats/calls simultaneously

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience in e-commerce or D2C brand support
  • Interest in skincare, fitness, ayurveda, or nutrition
  • Experience with Shopify/Amazon order handling
  • Social media chat handling (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
