Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions across multiple channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram — ensuring timely responses, accurate information, and a positive customer experience. This is an office-based, full-time role suited for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally, and make outbound calls as required
  • Monitor and respond to customer messages on WhatsApp in a timely manner
  • Manage and reply to Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) and comments
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate, helpful solutions
  • Track and follow up on ongoing orders, complaints, and customer requests
  • Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions using CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with relevant teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the CRM Head or manager
  • Submit daily activity reports to the team lead or manager
  • Consistently maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business and Instagram messaging
  • Ability to multitask — handle calls and messages simultaneously
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and a professional work ethic
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation (any stream) — preferred

Preferred / Good to Have

  • Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience with social media messaging or community management tools
  • Typing speed of 30+ WPM

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Week Off
  • Flexibility may be required during peak hours or special campaigns
