Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to day-to-day queries from franchisees via phone, email and chat.
- Record and maintain franchise query logs and update status until resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) to resolve franchisee issues.
- Provide accurate information, guidance and support to franchisees regarding our processes and services.
- Use computer systems to track queries, update databases, generate basic reports, and maintain records.
- Ensure all communication is professional, clear, and timely.
- Monitor recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes and communication.
- Meet performance metrics for response time, resolution rate and feedback from franchisees.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Good computer skills are mandatory (MS Office – Word, Excel; familiarity with database or query-tracking tools).
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English (and Hindi preferred).
- Strong customer service mindset, able to stay calm, patient and professional with franchisees.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a customer care, franchise support or query-handling role is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
