Position: Customer Care Executive
Job Type: Full-time

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 45,000
  • Incentives: Up to PKR 15,000 (based on performance)

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate (bachelor’s preferred)
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in a call center (International experience preferred)
  • Age Limit: 18–35 years
  • Language: Fluent English (spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide online support and resolve customer inquiries
  • Follow up on service requests and coordinate with the operations team
  • Assist in sales lead generation and service verification

Shift Timings:

  • Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
