Job Title: Customer Service Manager
Location: Chennai, Ambattur
Experience: 5–7 years

Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to handle communication, client coordination, and order execution. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for all clients regarding order status, delivery timelines, and execution updates.
  • Coordinate daily with production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely readiness of materials.
  • Track order progress and ensure commitments to customers are met.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure accuracy, timely response, and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–7 years of experience in Customer Service/Client Coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a drive for perfection and process improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
