Your Mission
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance.
- Collaborate with service and sales teams to meet customer needs promptly.
- Manage service appointments and follow-ups.
- Document and track customer requests systematically.
- Customer Feedback Gather and analyze feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Share insights with management and help implement service enhancements.
- Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Use CRM tools to monitor service metrics.
- Uphold company policies and ethical standards.
- Stay current with industry best practices.
- Ensure health and safety compliance during customer interactions.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1+ year experience in customer service, ideally within the mining equipment or related industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Fluent in English.
