Salary Package: Basic salary + fuel (Approx 48k per month).

Overall, Scope:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer care Officer to contribute in engaging and retaining customers for our company. You will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective Customer Care Officer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone including working on data provided to guide customers dealing with complaints and doubts.

Customer Carer Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring that customers or employees remain engaged with a company and do not leave or churn. This role is crucial in maintaining long-term relationships and stability within an organization.

Responsibilities:

· Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

· Answer questions about products or the company

· Ask questions to understand customer concerns and address them

· Work on customer complaints to retain them.

· Enter and update customer information in the database

· Take and process orders in an accurate manner

· Go the “extra mile”.

· Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements (Females only):

· Intermediate (FA/FSC) or BSc/BA will be a plus (Females only)

· Experience as a Customer Care / Support Officer representative or other sales/customer service role

· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

· Excellent knowledge of English

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

· Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
