Customer Care Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls while promoting and selling our products/services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and promptly
• Make outbound calls to generate sales and follow up on leads
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer information
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
