Position: Call Operator
Location: Rawalpindi 6th Road
Shift: Morning 8am -8pm

Eligiblity : Well conversent in Urdu both male and female

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Urdu)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fresh & experienced candidates can apply
