[HIRING] - Customer Care Representative / Online Sales Support
Company Overview:
We are a growing footwear retail and ecommerce business in Pakistan, focused on men’s, women’s, and kids’ shoes. Our online sales are growing quickly through Meta ads, WhatsApp, and social media, and we are looking for energetic customer care representatives who can convert leads into confirmed orders while providing excellent customer support.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
We are hiring Customer Care Representatives to handle incoming leads, customer chats, and online order support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other chat platforms
- Converting incoming leads into confirmed orders
- Guiding customers about product availability, sizes, prices, delivery, and exchange policy
- Following up with interested customers who have not placed an order yet
- Confirming customer details, order information, and payment/payment method
- Coordinating with the ecommerce/order dispatch team
- Handling customer complaints, order status questions, and basic after-sales support
- Maintaining a professional, polite, and fast response style
- Updating lead/order sheets or CRM records accurately
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Prior experience in customer care, online sales, telesales, ecommerce support, or chat support preferred
- Strong written communication skills in English and Urdu/Roman Urdu
- Ability to convince customers and close sales without being pushy
- Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram inbox, Google Sheets, and basic order systems
- Good typing speed and quick response time
- Must be polite, patient, and customer-focused
- Experience in fashion, footwear, retail, or ecommerce will be a plus
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply
Location:
On-site - Sundar Industrial Estate, Raiwind Road, Lahore
Salary Range:
PKR 50,000 basic salary per month + sales commission
Strong performers can earn an additional PKR 40,000 - 70,000 per month in commission, based on confirmed sales and target achievement.
