Customer Care / Sales Specialist

Job Type:

Full-time, night shift from 12 PM to 9 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person at the office, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Handle customer issues, including order status, returns, complaints, and product questions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Process orders, quotations, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Actively upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and identified trends.
  • Support marketing and promotional campaigns by communicating offers and product information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
