Job Type:
Full-time, night shift from 12 PM to 9 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person at the office, providing prompt and professional assistance.
- Handle customer issues, including order status, returns, complaints, and product questions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Process orders, quotations, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow up with customers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and post-sale support.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and production teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback using the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and identified trends.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns by communicating offers and product information to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- UAE driving license and own car are mandatory.
