What You’ll Do:

-Schedule and manage appointments with accuracy and care.

-Follow up on voicemails and ensure no patient is left behind.

-Support retention initiatives and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For:

-Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

-1+ year in customer service, telesales, or related roles.

-Willing to work U.S. business hours.
