Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a multilingual environment
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to meet customer needs effectively
• Assist clients with order processing, data entry, and resolving issues related to billing or service disruptions
• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer feedback or promote new offerings
• Maintain detailed records of interactions using Microsoft Office tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive customer experiences at all times

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Proven experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments with strong analysis skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Hubspot, and
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
• Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or cash handling is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Prior call center experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
