Duties & Responsibilities:


Events, Sponsorships & Activations Ownership

  • Plan, lead, and deliver all event initiatives across the organization—including staff events, corporate and client engagements.
  • Oversee the full event lifecycle: from concept development and supplier selection (via tenders/RFPs) to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Own the sponsorships portfolio by evaluating proposals, aligning opportunities with business goals, and engaging stakeholders to ensure impactful brand representation.
  • Manage all event logistics, branding elements, and visibility assets to maintain consistency and quality across every touchpoint.
  • Partner with HR, Marketing, Distribution, and Business Units to design and implement initiatives that resonate with target audiences and meet defined KPIs.

Closed Communities & Branded Experiences

  • Take charge of branding, communications, and activations within closed communities and high-traffic locations
  • handle and manage giveaways, branded materials, and creative concepts to maximize engagement and brand recall.
  • Handle the execution of sponsorships and activations in niche segments—ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and contractual brand rights (e.g., cashless communities, special branches).
  • Deliver compelling digital and print visuals for activations, and communication campaigns.



Qualifications:


  • BSc degree of Mass com
  • Knowledge of graphic design techniques & tools
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
  • 5-7 years in event management field
  • Ability to Multi-task, prioritize, and effective management of multiple projects
  • Very good English
  • Experience with events & Sponsorships management at least 5 years
  • Creativity and Communication skills
