Mainly perform a wide range of specialized and technical duties in a company’s marketing communication department. Perform the relevant marketing communication duties to support and achieve the department’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Working on creating and planning an events calendar with alignment with the department’s objectives and strategy.
Deploying marketing communication programs and projects and owning their implementation from ideation to execution.
Creating action plans and distributing accountability and responsibilities of team members to attain specific objectives.
Develop communications planning for promotion and distribution of corporate and marketing content
Overall responsibility for brand management, corporate identity, and visual strategy.
Plan, develop, and maintain communication projects that better position the brand internally and externally.
Assist in the preparation and drafting of various communications (email, social media, blogs, etc.), including at times high-level public speeches for the Council and Director General.
Responsible for the delivery of visual design and content to be used across communication channels.
Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Monitor and report the planned department’s budget vs. actual expenses.
Job Requirement:
Basic Requirements:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, mass communications, or any relevant discipline.
Related Experience: 9-12 years

Copywriting and copyediting.
Events Management.
Organizational and planning skills.
Well-organized with multitasking skills.
