Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and agile professional who bridges creativity and commercial strategy a storyteller with a marketing brain and a systems mindset. The role demands someone fluent in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and automation platforms, who can craft compelling, brand-aligned content while driving measurable engagement through data-driven campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:


Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Develop engaging and high-performing copy for email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, visual identity, and communication standards.
  • Collaborate with the creative and design teams to conceptualize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Create story-driven content that aligns with the customer journey and supports marketing objectives.

Marketing Automation & Systems

  • Build, test, and optimize communication journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) .
  • To dispatch timely communications to the right segment.
  • Manage audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign reporting.
  • Ensure seamless integration and automation across customer touchpoints.
  • Work closely with data, CRM, and digital teams to enhance personalization and performance.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Support commercial campaigns and product launches through creative and strategic content planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (CX, Marketing, Digital) to ensure message alignment and maximize impact.
  • Analyze campaign results and continuously refine communication effectiveness.
  • Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency in language, tone, and message across all channels.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, literature or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital communications.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other automation platforms (Active Campaign, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines, customer journeys, and digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Agile, proactive, and solution-oriented with a collaborative approach.
