Customer Coordinator

About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams. The role involves managing customer orders, ensuring smooth coordination with production & logistics, and delivering excellent service to strengthen long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries, orders & complaints
• Coordinate with production, planning & logistics teams
• Manage order processing – quotations, POs, scheduling & dispatch
• Update clients on order status & delivery timelines
• Ensure accurate documentation & ERP updates
• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (BBA/BCA preferred)
• 0.6-2 years’ experience in customer service/sales coordination (Packaging/Manufacturing)
• Strong communication & MS Office/ERP skills
• Customer-focused, proactive & detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
