Job Summary:
As a
Customer Due Diligence Associate
within the AML Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our onboarding and ongoing due diligence processes for corporate and retail clients meet regulatory standards and internal policy requirements. You will be part of a team conducting risk-based Customer Due Diligence reviews, and supporting our wider AML Operations team objectives by identifying and mitigating potential financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct AML Customer Due Diligence reviews for retail and corporate clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Manage client onboarding and periodic review processes, ensuring all documentation and risk assessments comply with internal policies and regulatory expectations.

Adhere closely to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and complex operational workflows to support operational efficiency and ensure compliance.

Collaborate with Compliance and Business Development teams to resolve complex cases.

Support testing of system releases and ongoing customer profile maintenance.

Carry out additional responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned, contributing to team goals and organisational success.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field.

3+ years in AML/KYC operations, with sufficient background in both Retail and Corporate Customer Due Diligence.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to navigate and precisely execute specialized operational workflows are essential.

Experience in digital asset operations and the ability to identify gaps in operational and system flows would be a plus.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and adaptability.
