You will be responsible for:

• Customer Account & Relationship Management: Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touch-points.
• Cold Chain Execution Coordination: Overseeing the full life-cycle of cold chain logistics—from sourcing to final delivery—ensuring temperature integrity, timely execution, and operational excellence.
• Finance Collections & Dispute Resolution: Managing receivables, drive timely collections, and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
  
  

Must Haves & list Qualifications in terms of education or degree:

• Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
• Demonstrates ownership, initiative, and a proactive mindset
• Written and oral communication skills
• Analytical mindset with advanced excel skill.
