About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Associate who is passionate about creating a positive and welcoming experience for every customer. This role is key to making sure our customers feel valued and supported throughout their visit.

What You’ll Do
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Help direct customers to the appropriate department
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Assist with appointment scheduling and general inquiries
Support the sales and service teams with customer communication
Maintain a clean, organized front-facing environment

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using phones, computers, and basic systems
Previous customer service experience is a plus
