Role Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, confident, and sales-driven front-desk professional who can deliver a great customer experience while converting walk-in customers into repeat and subscription clients. This role blends customer service, counter sales, and follow-ups to build long-term customer relationships and revenue.

What You’ll Do?

Customer Experience & Front Desk

  • Be the first smile customers see — warm, professional, and welcoming
  • Handle reception, customer inquiries, and service coordination
  • Clearly explain services, timelines, and benefits to customers

Counter Sales & Conversions

  • Convert one-time oil change customers into annual or subscription packages
  • Promote premium oils, service bundles, and add-on services
  • Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions
  • Work towards monthly sales and conversion targets

Customer Retention & Follow-Ups

  • Maintain customer details and service history
  • Remind customers about oil change due dates and upcoming services
  • Follow up via calls or messages to bring customers back
  • Build trust and long-term loyalty with customers

Coordination & Basic Reporting

  • Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for smooth operations
  • Support billing and basic documentation
  • Track daily walk-ins, conversions, follow-ups, and subscriptions

Who We’re Looking For?

Must Have

  • Female candidate (front-desk, customer-facing role)
  • Age: preferably 21–30 years
  • Pleasant personality with confidence and positive energy
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable speaking to customers and closing conversations

Good to Have

  • Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or automotive services
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic Excel, or CRM systems
  • Interest in premium brands or automotive services

  • Customer handling and relationship building
