Role and Responsibilities

• Facilitate user onboarding on the iProcure platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient start.
• Update and manage customer interaction records accurately in CRM.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the user experience across the platform.
• Stay updated on iProcure features and processes to assist users effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with corporate/B2B clients.
• Experience interacting with corporate customers via telecall and email.
• Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to managing information.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new digital tools like iProcure.
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ready to join immediately.
