Customer Experience Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join Ariika’s Customer Service team. This role is key in delivering a seamless and positive experience for our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through calls and ensure prompt, professional responses
  • Address customer complaints and provide effective, timely resolutions
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure closure and customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and company policies
  • Maintain a positive brand image through every customer interaction

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
