Job description

Marketing firm seeking self-motivated professionals with good communication and computer skills for long term relationship as a customer experience specialist. Customer experience specialists are responsible for communicating with customers and potential customers about their business needs, building strong relationships with customers, and maintaining call records for our clients. No selling involved. Position offers a flexible schedule, 25 hours per week, salaries commensurate with experience, and retirement benefits. Potential candidates must have a strong work ethic and have the ability to work effectively from a home-based office.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers via telephone to support and build trust while servicing their unique needs
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized and empathetic interactions
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level understanding of our services and products to effectively address inquiries and stay updated on new tools and features
  • Communication: Keep the team informed of significant developments, relaying critical information as needed

Qualifications

  • Education: Associates degree or higher preferred
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
  • High comfort level with learning new software applications
  • Self-motivated – able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle upset customers with professionalism and effective de-escalation techniques
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
  • Outgoing and friendly
