We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused national individual to join our team as a Customer Happiness Consultant. The role involves assisting customers, providing service information, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Assist customers with services, applications, and documentation.
  • Provide accurate information about company services and procedures.
  • Handle customer issues and complaints politely and professionally.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
  • Support digital service platforms and explain processes to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and customer records.

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Multilingual (Arabic/English) is a plus.
