Role Purpose
Support SuperPay’s growth and decision-making by delivering
accurate customer, market, and competitor insights. The role focuses on
analyzing data, tracking industry and competitor trends, and translating
findings into clear reports and dashboards that support Growth, Marketing,
Product, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze customer data from multiple sources (sales, campaigns, surveys, social media) to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market movements, and prepare regular competitive intelligence reports.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and support business requirements.

Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.

Ensure data collection, cleaning, validation, and reporting standards are followed.

Support performance tracking, campaign analysis, and basic forecasting activities.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

4-6 years of experience in insights, data analysis, or business intelligence roles.

2 years of experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.

Strong working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).

Basic to intermediate experience with Python or R is a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in English.
