About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Onboarding Manager to lead our onboarding team in Istanbul. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer identity verification is carried out in compliance with Turkish legal, regulatory, and internal standards. You will oversee day-to-day onboarding operations, drive process improvements, and provide strong leadership to ensure efficient, accurate, and secure customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the ID verification team and daily onboarding operations.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish KYC/AML requirements during customer onboarding.
• Oversee the accuracy, efficiency, and confidentiality of verification processes.
• Develop, implement, and monitor onboarding policies, procedures, and KPIs.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management for onboarding staff.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in KYC/AML or onboarding operations , with at least 2+ years in a leadership role .
• Strong knowledge of ID verification tools and local regulatory standards .
• Proven people management and process improvement skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English .
