Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Customer Orders Coordinator. The Customer Orders Coordinator will be responsible for managing and processing customer orders, coordinating with the purchase and order management teams, and ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role also involves effective communication with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include maintaining order records, handling purchase orders, and streamlining order processing to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
• Order Management, Purchase Orders, and Order Processing skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using order management software
• Basic accounting skills with previous experience handling customer payments and petty cash.
• Ability to join immediately
