About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Outreach Representative to support our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping start conversations, understand their requirements and guide them toward the right solutions. This role does not involve closing sales. The focus is on building trust and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential clients through calls and emails.
• Understand their business needs and determine if they are a suitable match.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Update and manage client information in the CRM.
• Work closely with sales and marketing to improve outreach efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Experience in outreach or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Good spoken and written communication skills.
• Confidence when speaking with business owners and decision makers.
• Organized, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
