Job Title: Customer Outreach Representative

About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Outreach Representative to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping start conversations, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right solutions. The role is focused on lead engagement and building relationships, not closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through outbound calls and emails.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on their needs, timelines, and relevance.
  • Set up meetings or product demos for the sales team.
  • Keep all interaction details and progress updated in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and product updates.

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer outreach, lead generation, or similar work is preferred, but not required.
  • Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to business decision-makers.
  • Organized, detail-focused, and proactive.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
