Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site (NEAR DHA Phase V, Lahore) | 5 Days (Mon–Fri)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (PKT)

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads from international markets, particularly North America. The ideal candidate will be proficient with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and outbound prospecting strategies to fuel our business development pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential B2B clients across staffing, Logistics, and business service industries in China Malaysia and Pakistan.
• Qualify leads through outbound outreach including email sequences, LinkedIn messaging, and cold calls.
• Collaborate with Operations to hand off warm leads for conversion.
• Track and manage all prospecting activities in CRM .
• Optimize lead lists through segmentation and data enrichment for higher accuracy.
• Prepare weekly reports on outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication .
• Working knowledge of CRMs .
• Understanding of B2B outbound sales and email prospecting strategies.
• Analytical mindset and ability to manage large datasets efficiently.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Prior experience in international lead generation or BPO industry preferred.
