Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Relations Executive (CRE) / Secretary to provide administrative and client support in the property development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing documentation, and assisting in day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations & Administrative Support:

  • Handle client inquiries and provide information on property developments.
  • Maintain client records, agreements, and correspondence in an organized manner.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and documentation.

Office Coordination & Documentation:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Handle official correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts and legal paperwork.

Support to Sales & Management:

  • Assist sales teams with client follow-ups and coordination.
  • Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and presentations.
  • Support management in administrative and operational tasks.

Key Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5 - 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the property development industry. (Required)

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate documentation processes.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
