Customer Relation & Marketing Specialist

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and continuous engagement.
  • Assist in developing customer service processes and standards.
  • Support marketing tasks on social media, monitoring engagement, and reporting.
  • Attend internal and client meetings to represent the company and support sales/marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer relations or customer service (preferably in the services/training sector).
  • Academic background in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office .
  • Background in training services is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing.
  • Salary + Commision.
