We are looking for a Customer Relations and Order Management Responsi ble (Fixed-Term) to take part in Sisecam Headquarters – Global Accounts (Soda, Chromium & Oxyvit) Customer Relations and Order Management Department located in Tuzla, Istanbul, Türkiye. The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Chemical Engineer, Industrial Engineer or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Relations and Order Management position and/or After Sales Operations in Export field
  • Deep understanding and experience of SAP S4 HANA modules (CRM tools knowledge is a plus)
  • Deep understanding of managing export orders in the context of sales operations
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, and a good team player
  • Positive attitude, agile, ability to multi-task and act proactively and well self-motivated
  • No restrictions on travel


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Controlling sales operations and communicating with the international customers
  • Following purchase orders, controlling order details, planning delivery time plan and back-orders in accordance with related departments
  • Keeping track on the overdue payments, discounts, promotions etc. of each customers group and updating information on the related systems
  • Following system entries & control of price lists, contract, and commercial terms in accordance with sales teams
  • Managing and maintaining sales data through and with sales teams in SAP S4, ICRON and other CRM tools
  • Assisting in the roll-out of the customer portal across product groups together with the Sales Ops. Technology and Analytics team. Through overseeing sales funnel; assisting in coordinating demand planning, forecasting, order fulfillment and allocation related communication across commercial and supply chain functions
  • Assisting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual content for region/coordination office/product management & executive presentations and board reporting
  • Prioritizing product & order allocation between customers through analyzing orders from customers in line with sales teams
