Hyundai Shahrah-e-Faisal is Looking for a Customer Relations Executive (After-Sales)

Join our team as a Customer Relations Executive (After-Sales) and play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by managing and improving after-sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scheduling the Customers Service Appointments.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding OEM services, warranty policies, periodic maintenance, and the importance of using genuine Hyundai parts.
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints received from the OEM Head Office and Call Center, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Follow up and close all open cases within the shortest time, mobilizing available resources to achieve solutions.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups within specified timelines and maintain an e-card database for personalized customer engagement (delivery, birthdays, anniversaries).
  • Review and analyze Customer Retention Reports to track inactive customers, improve retention rates, and address areas of concern.
  • Examine monthly Customer Feedback Reports to monitor and enhance the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Collaborate with the service team to identify areas for improvement and assist in executing strategies to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicate upcoming after-sales events, campaigns, and limited-time offers to customers.
  • Prepare and submit essential reports, including complaint updates, CRR reports, monthly performance presentations, and minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant after-sales data for audits and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Skills:

  • Strong customer relations and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet usage.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and patience.
  • Business acumen, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
  • Product knowledge and team management skills.
