Assistant Manager – CRM / Sales Coordination (Female)

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Work Week: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate with 7–8 years of experience in Sales / Sales Coordination, OR
  • MBA (Marketing) with 4–6 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience in CRM operations, order processing, and customer coordination

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong customer orientation with a professional approach
  • Excellent coordination, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-driven with strong punctuality and work discipline
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers for orders, payments, dispatches, samples, and complaints
  • Manage CRM activities including order entry, amendments, cancellations, and sample requests
  • Prepare daily sales MIS, monthly off-take reports, and month-end sales analysis
  • Communicate revised price lists to customers
  • Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, and Logistics teams for timely execution
  • Track deliveries and resolve issues related to delays, shortages, or damages
  • Maintain ISO documentation and support audits/compliance
  • Support administrative tasks such as courier coordination and sample dispatches
