Customer Relations Manager

ARAFAT REAL ESTATE L.L.C. is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to oversee client relationships for property leasing and sales in Ajman. This role is responsible for managing client communications, resolving inquiries, and supporting the sales and leasing teams. The position follows a Sunday to Thursday schedule and reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding property inquiries, lease agreements, and purchase transactions
• Respond to client questions about property availability, pricing, documentation, and transaction procedures
• Coordinate with sales and leasing agents to track client requests and ensure timely follow-up
• Maintain accurate client records and update contact information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Prepare and send service confirmations, lease renewals, and transaction updates to clients
• Assist clients with documentation requirements including tenancy contracts, property handovers, and ejari registrations
• Resolve routine client concerns and escalate complex issues to the General Manager
• Follow up with clients on pending documentation, payments, or outstanding requirements
• Support the team in organizing property viewings and client meetings as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer relations, client coordination, or administrative support, preferably in a real estate, property management, or professional services environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is required
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize effectively
• Professional demeanor with a client-focused approach
• Familiarity with UAE real estate processes, tenancy contracts, or ejari registration is an advantage
