The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, maintaining strong business relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting business growth for Parkonic Parking Systems & Management LLC. The role involves handling client communications, overseeing service delivery, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring that all client requirements are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, HR, and technical teams to address client requirements and operational concerns.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and account updates to management and clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and additional services.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and site visits when required.
  • Support contract renewals, negotiations, and service agreements.
  • Track account receivables and coordinate with the finance department regarding outstanding payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activities.
  • Assist in preparing operational and business performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in account management, client relations, or business operations.
  • UAE experience in parking management, facilities management, hospitality, or service-related industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and operational requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.

  • Knowledge of parking systems, valet operations, and customer service management.
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain customer retention.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
