We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Representative (CRR) to be the first point of contact for members and visitors. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional front-desk experience while supporting daily operations and ensuring service quality across the location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage reception duties including check-ins, inquiries, phone calls, and emails.
- Assist members with booking meeting rooms and navigating workspace services.
- Support onboarding processes including access cards, registration, and workspace orientation.
- Respond to member requests and coordinate with maintenance, IT, and cleaning teams when needed.
- Collect and document member feedback and elevate concerns appropriately.
- Conduct daily inspections of common areas and meeting rooms to ensure readiness.
- Report operational issues to the Assistant Operations Manager.
- Support event setups, pantry organization, printing areas, and office supply management.
- Maintain daily checklists, logs, and customer service records.
- Process booking entries, visitor logs, and meeting room schedules.
- Support billing inquiries and payment follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams as needed.
- Assist with community engagement activities and member events.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- 1-3 years of customer-facing experience in hospitality, coworking, retail, or service environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or CRM systems.
- Organized, punctual, and well-presented.
