Responsible to acquire, retain & expand relationships with customers by identifying customer needs first and then recommending appropriate solutions for the customer to consider & accept
Grow sustainable revenues from existing relationships and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers
Optimize the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products and services appropriate to meet customer need and to improve customer engagement
Ensure fairness in all aspects of company strategy, sales processes, customer correspondence, financial promotions, administration and complaint handling
Provide weekly/ periodic reports to Regional Corporate Manager as and when required
ESSENTIALS/REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Engineering/ IT/ Business
Minimum 2 years experience in managing commercial relationship
Knowledge of IT Products/ Services & Solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Arabic)
Effective presentation, implementation and follow-up skills
