CRM Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update customer data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk or similar tools)
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
  • Follow company scripts, workflows, and quality standards
  • Identify customer needs and escalate complex cases when required

Requirements

  • Basic experience in customer service, call center, or CRM support (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college education is an advantage)
