Secretary cum Customer Service – Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, quotations, and project files.

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate between departments (Sales, Warehouse, Technical Team) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Document Management

  • Prepare and process quotations, invoices, LPOs, and other administrative documents.
  • Ensure proper filing and tracking of company documents.

Operational Support

  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, site visits, and installations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries and documentation.

Confidentiality

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.

Customer Interaction

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide accurate information about lighting products and smart home solutions.

Sales & Service Support

  • Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations.

Order Handling

  • Process customer orders and track delivery status.
  • Keep customers informed about order progress and timelines.

After-Sales Support

  • Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Product Knowledge

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lighting systems, smart home automation, and product features.
  • Explain product benefits, usage, and compatibility to customers.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Record customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirement (Both Roles)

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal teams in both languages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD400.000 - KD450.000 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuwait City
