Job Description

  • Handle routine memorandum and business correspondence.
  • Prepare, handle and review all administrative arrangements for the meetings.
  • Attending, drafting, and printing the Board Committee minutes.
  • Maintaining office files, attending all telephone calls, maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and filing, organizing meetings (prepare agendas and taking minutes), handling correspondence, maintaining records of decisions, stamping the items presented to the meetings.
  • Prepares the agenda together with the appropriate documentation for meetings
  • Provide the required assistance for the Secretary to the Board in terms of follow up & coordination of all administrative tasks related to Relations.
  • Ensure and follow up all correspondences with CMA and Kuwait Stock Exchange regarding the disclosure and transparency.
  • Entertain in all requests received from Board members.

Job Type: Full-time

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Secretary: 3 years (Preferred)
