About the Role:
Kuwait City is known for its growing hospitality and cultural tourism sector, and at Capoeira Global Tours and Travel Services Kuwait, we bring a premium standard to travel experiences across the GCC. We design and manage curated tour packages, corporate travel programs, and destination partnerships that feel seamless, modern, and memorable. We believe tourism services should be as refined as the experiences they deliver.
We are looking for a Senior Partnerships and Tourism Relations Manager who can lead strategic collaborations across hotels, airlines, tour operators, and cultural institutions. You are not just managing contacts; you are shaping how international and regional travel experiences come together. You will act as the key bridge between business development, tourism stakeholders, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnerships Development:
Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and destination service providers.
Tourism Network Expansion:
Build and maintain strong relationships with tourism boards, cultural organizations, and private sector stakeholders.
Business Growth Strategy:
Develop partnership-driven revenue opportunities and co-branded travel packages.
Contract and Agreement Management:
Lead negotiations, review service agreements, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Market Analysis:
Monitor tourism trends in Kuwait and GCC markets to identify new partnership opportunities.
Stakeholder Communication:
Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and tourism industry events.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6 plus years in partnerships, tourism management, hospitality business development, or travel operations, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of travel industry ecosystems including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and destination management companies.
Communication Skills:
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking:
Ability to develop long term partnership strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Languages:
English required (B2/C1). Arabic is a strong advantage for regional coordination and negotiations.
Mindset:
Commercially driven, relationship focused, and comfortable working in a fast evolving tourism environment.
Pay: KD1,100.000 - KD1,450.000 per month
