Role Overview:The Customer Relationship & Client Entertainment Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales conversions. This role blends sales strategy, customer service, and high-end client engagement, ensuring Diago clients receive an exceptional experience both online and offline. Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely support and communication.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with traders, investors, and premium clients.
- Understand client goals, investment preferences, and provide tailored solutions accordingly.
- Coordinate client onboarding, KYC processes, and account management.
- Proactively handle client concerns and maintain a high satisfaction rate.
Client Entertainment & Engagement
- Plan and organize exclusive client engagement events such as trading meetups, educational workshops, and networking sessions.
- Partner with the marketing team to design client entertainment strategies aligned with Diago's premium brand image.
- Host and manage VIP clients during Diago's sponsored events and ensure a personalized experience.
- Maintain a detailed client database tracking preferences, feedback, and event participation.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Identify new business opportunities through relationship-building and referrals.
- Promote Diago's trading products, premium packages, and partnership programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and retention targets.
- Analyze client data and provide insights to improve cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including marketing, product, and customer support to enhance client experience.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide weekly reports on engagement, sales, and client retention metrics.
- Offer market and competitor feedback to management for product improvement and business development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or customer success, ideally in trading, finance, or luxury services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and polished presence.
- Excellent presentation and event coordination skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales or retention targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindi or Kannada is an added advantage.
- Enthusiasm for financial markets, trading, and customer engagement.
